• Collective accommodations provided by the organization :
- Marvejols : 10 min by feet from the departure of the race,
- Marvejols/surroundings: Chirac, 10 min by car from the departure of the race,
- Mende/city-center :5 min by feet from the departure of buses.
Available on 18th and 19th of July 2020 : bedrooms of 4/6 pers.
Disposable beddings : 3€/kit, sold on site.
Registration and payment:
Either directly online while registering for the event,
Or by post : fill in the Accommodation Form and send it with your registration
2020 Hebergement (French)
15 €/night for each contestant,
18 €/night for each escort (same price for all ages)
(escort = someone accompanying a race contestant, not competing himself for the event)
You can pick up your accommodation tickets in the city where you’ll be staying, at the “Hébergement/Accommodation” stand before 21h (9PM).
You’ll also pick your Bib Number in the city where you’ll be staying.
You have until the 15th of July to register for Collective Accommodations.
MAKE SURE TO TAKE YOUR SLEEPING BAG.
All information regarding your accommodation will be given to you at the holding of your Bib Number : at the “Hébergement” (Accommodation) stand.
Groups :
If you are coming with your team/group and wish to be together :
Either you proceed to a group registration : all the registrations in a same enveloppe,
Or you send us an email (courir@marvejols-mende.org) specifying last and first names of all the people in the group.
We will try our best to gather you in the same accommodation.
